Refund and Return Policy
We
are committed to providing our customers with the best online shopping
experience & satisfaction. We welcome your feedback and try to
enhance the shopping experience of our customers while working on your
feedback and we are always ready to go above and beyond for our
customers.
Returns
We are happy to assist you with returns subject to the following criteria:
- Return requests should be raised same day from
the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange
for any orders that exceed the 1 day refund period.
- Products
should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain
intact and should be sent along with the products.
- The product should reach us same day and be in sellable condition.
- Kindly
note that during the sale, specific rules will apply for returning on
sale product; If the correct product has been delivered, only in case we
send the wrong product we will accept the return. Unfortunately, on
sale products cant be refunded.
Delay in receiving the order
If
you don't receive your products and you can't track it, we recommend
reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with the right details. We
shall handle such issues strictly and take the necessary steps to
resolve it at the earliest.
- In
such an event, we can cancel your order and process your refunds the
money in your paytm account or track your order and expedite the
shipment.
- You will not be entitled to any cash refunds as per our policy.
- The return will only be made in the form of paytm
Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges
Post
receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once
approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your
transaction and in case of an exchange, we will update your details and
ship you the right products. In either scenario, your return or exchange
issue will be closed within 1-2 days of our receiving of the return
package from you.
You
will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. The return address is mentioned on the label.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds:
We may provide Refunds in the event of:
1). In certain situations, partial refunds might be granted if applicable (Damage or missing part).
3). Return of products purchased by the Customer, subject to eligibility for return.
4). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5). On sale items will not be refunded.
6). Refunds will only be made in your paytm account.
7). The return address is mentioned on the invoice.
8). Also, note please don't cancel your Paid Orders as they will be
shipped. If you want to refund/exchange your prepaid order please accept
the delivery first. Refunds will be initiated within a 10 Days.
Note
We
never ask for your Credit/Debit card numbers for initiating a refund.
Please never give Credit/Debit card numbers and OTP to anyone and also
to The Fruit Shop

Refund Timelines
We usually initiate eligible refunds within 2-4 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse.
Since
the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions,
there may be possibilities that colors or design of the product
delivered may vary in actual color. Customers are requested to read all
the details and disclaimer on the product page before placing the order.
